i don't have a tip, unfortunately. i meant those moments when the level of saturation of depression drops down a little bit and you can finally tell yourself that you are fine and you can do things.Like a mental exercise.
The opposite works the same way.Whenever I tell to myself that I'm depressed,I get worse.

i wasn't really expecting a legit answer anyway, no worries~
as someone who's been dealing with depression for over 15 years, I've just accepted it as a part of my life that randomly resurfaces every one and then.
for me, it's made it easier not to fight it. just wait it out, hopefully not fuck my life up too much while it lasts and then appreciate the time twice over while it's gone ^.~
