Well, hospitals are full of covid19 people here. Medical people are burned out, the army is helping out.. 
 
And yet people think its just fake news and that it is just a simple flu. 
 
Yes for most people its just a simple flu,  but for the 1% who ends up in the hospitals it isnt just a flu. 
Also many young people get very sick and not all do recover well and a bunch even fly to heaven. Here a guy in his. 20ties dies and his brother survied with luck, but might never be able to functional normal because of his lungs damage. 
 
 
Right now, there is too less known about the virus,  little kids don't even really get it, might its. Because of some other vaccine? Or is it really due their immunesystem? 
 
 
I didn't catch covid19 yet... I still did catch the normal flu more times than normal.. 😅 But never was short in breath. 
 
 
 
But the most thing what angers me is... 
 
Whats the big deal of wearing a mask? 
Why do so many people refuse it. 
 
Even if you think everything is fake, why will you be such...... To not wear one? Since it doesn't harm your self or anybody around you. And even might helps out to at least not pass the normal flu... 🙃 Why bring so egoistic?

Ryo has always dealt with mental health problems, kei first solo act was born after Ryo's biggest breakdowns. I mean, the dude has written a book on the matter
 
Cancelling tours and suddenly suspending activities points me to another one of those. Kei has been working on solo stuff for a while, so I'm sure he was somewhat prepared for something like this
 
This saddens me AF, but I'm pretty sure we'll hear more from Ryo in due time.
 
Hope he rests, get well, and make a comeback ASAP. If not, we just lost one of the most influential acts of 00's VK. Cheers to a legendary one!

at least Hands to hold is listenable. It's the Our Love/Under the Same Sky of this album, the only salvageable track on the trainwreck
 
One thing I'd love to know is when such a multi talented artist decided its better to hide everything he has to offer under mediocre, souless as fuck beats and questionable vocals

Don´t know why I listened to this preview after almost vomiting listening to Bang! but we might actually have the first live case of a Vkei guy trying to become a pseudo kpop guy.
 
At least I really liked TOKIO. need for speed and tomaranai was alright and perfect storm was really interesting in the way that for the most part it was really bad and he got my hopes up a little and then it went downhill really fast, all in one snippet!

OT: An entire student dorm housing around 200 international students has been put into enforced quarantine over here since yesterday because a bunch of dumbasses apparently couldn't cope with being banned from partying & decided to hold one anyway despite a bunch of the attendees being sick. The amount of confirmed cases in there has already doubled since yesterday and I'm expecting it to go up even more. Nobody's allowed to go out until everyone's been tested and all the ppl who tested positive have been moved to a separate area but like at least 1/4th of the people are as of now refusing to take the test for some reason

This type of shit infuriates me so much no one truly gives a shit though when it comes down to it. 

There's 10 cases in my area now, including one person from my job.

GLAY announced on their official website on Tuesday that on top of their previously announced donation of 10 million yen, they will also donate 5,000 masks to medical institutions for COVID-19 relief.

We hope that we can offer at least some support to those who are working tirelessly at the frontlines in order to contain the situation," they wrote. "We pray for everyone's health and hope that the situation can be stabilized soon."
Glay announced last Friday that they would cancel their latest tour in Nagoya and Tokyo originally scheduled for May due to ongoing concerns regarding the spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19). The band's leader Takuro announced in a video posted on his official website that the group will be donating 10 million yen for relief efforts.
The Glay Dome Tour 2020 Democracy 25th "Hotel Glay Grand Finale" tour is still scheduled for the Sapporo Dome in Hokkaido for December 12.

For them I would prefer ghostsharing. but if they can pay for internet, they might be rich enough to buy a song once in the while too... and spotify works for them too. So no excuse.
 

I am not into capitalism too... But i can't be an anarchist saying that capitalism is bad in all social media. But i am conscious about the job from other people.

Tell that to Yuu (ex-Zodia and a bunch of other bands) and his master's degree in mechanical engineering. The whole "high school dropouts that live off their mitsus" stereotype is so outdated. Most indies in this day and age have an education and have day jobs to support themselves, otherwise with what they're making they'd be begging on the streets.

This horse has been beaten to death on this forum. When children are starving and people are being droned and shot all over the world with the compliance or the guns of the governments most of us belong to, then even considering to pose downloading music as an ethical question is stupid and embarrassing. There's no reason for anyone here to care, those who download will dl and those who won't won't. I stream bands on spotify when they are there, I bought Anfiel's second album digital because i liked them back then, I wouldn't pay a buck for david if it's able for purchase online because I think they suck, but I'll still dl it to know what it's about — everyone else will continue to do more or less the same unless they have a mental disorder where they live vicariously through their fave bandmen. 

Ever considered that maybe not every bandoman is a high school dropout without a real job on the side? Just saying.

They surely have some reasons and you can guess one of those reasons. 
 
 
Well if you buy second-hand because you cannot buy an original copy anymore it does no harm. And we also know that buying from Japan still can cost more than buying it from someone second handed, but that doesn't mean that everyone wouldn't download a release a all on the legal way. But yes, if you never would have supported a band by buying a CD and actually not willing to buy a release digitally then it's hypocritical.
 
 
 

I honestly don't know what there is to gain by white knighting some high school dropouts rockstar dreams in the year 2020. The world is in lockdown, the polar caps are melting; I think if you're making art for profit in this age then you can fuck the right off and get a real job, even if it's visual kei where half of the appeal of this niche comes from the weird economy that sustains it.
