    What are your plans for Valentine's day this year? I'm going to be making a tenancy awareness course appointment and playing an otome visual novel because I don't have a real date.

      i haven't played hakuoki so i'm intrigued! wonder what's so difficult about it, guess i'll have to figure it  out now~ haven't played an otome game in a while and valentine's day is a perfect day for such kind of guilty pleasure.

      It's really good! The art and music are absolutely gorgeous, as per usual for Otomate (the company that made it). It's difficult in that it's just so hard to get the guy you want. There are twelve of them, and if you're not careful, you unfortunately won't end up with anyone at all, but even if that happens, it's worth it for the story. I won't spoil anything, but I will say that it's set in 1860s Japan and you learn a lot about that time period from it. You come for the bishounen and you stay for the history lesson, lol.
