Yep. Had to pay about ¥4500 on shipping and fees for a few ¥220 cds not too long ago. It’s pathethic.

I usually get my VK in stores like closet child, puresound, mercari, etc. I use auctions pretty much for Jpop only so I make sure I get at least 3-4 CDs to make it worth the hassle
20 means I'd have to get EMS and spend about 50 just in shipping ugh
