Do we have any graphic designers here? I'm in need of someone who knows how to design a logo.
-
Do you have some outlined ideas and/or drafts already or are you starting from zero?

This is extremely random, but I'm calling all the Mac users out there for some frivolous help: how do you get animated GIFs to work (to "animate") on Apple's PowerPoint? On Windows, you just copy/paste and the image automatically animates when in "presentation" view.
-
I'm like this because I just want to make sure. Yeah, I know the file renaming solution too - and chances are not bad that it works - but it might not work for every Keynote version and it might not work for every GIF as far as I know (it should with newer versions, yes) - that's why I'd choose actually turning the GIF into .mp4 via actually converting it 1st step outside of the application. Basically it is the same anyways - I just don't trust Keynote to full extent with that...

You mean on Keynote, right? It may sound lame but the best/cleanest solution would be converting the GIF to a Quicktime-compatible movie and then add it... This can easily be done online, for example here; https://cloudconvert.com/anything-to-mp4 - when added this way you get a 'movie' tab at the file inspector where you can change the loop behaviour.

I see... Both the VPN and the seedbox route will work if your Provider is really the one to blame (sounds like it, but it's not guaranteed). If it still sounds to complicated: A quick way I use to completely 'bypass' a BT-Client to download Torrents is https://filestream.me -> login just via Email lets you download Torrents up to 300MB for free (good for most compressed albums), if you login via facebook it works for files up to 1 Gigabyte (good for most FLAC releases). You just drag the Torrent-File you downloaded from JPS to their site, then it gets processed - usually in a few minutes - and then you can download the files(s)/folder as ZIP-File via normal HTTP-download without any restrictions your Provider might add to the Bittorrent-Protocol otherwise, it's a normal Browser-Download this way, your Provider will not 'see' it. It's basically a small free leechbox, the 'lite version' of a seedbox - the downside; size-limit and of corse NO upload/seeding after the download finishes, which is a bit against the whole concept of Bittorrent. To stay in a positive Ratio you would have to ask other users for Bonus Points (I have some spare)! Because of this a real seedbox would still be the best option because of the seeding part, for the second best try if a VPN connection helps, my hint is only a third/alternative option if nothing helps. hth

Hard to explain the short way - it's a Secure Connection-Tunnell, it hides your 'real' traffic (protocols), most of the time it's used to get rid of country-restrictions (e.g. you can use a Japanese VPN-Server to unlock country-blocked Youtube-Videos). There are 2 possible options; setting it up directly on your Operating System or Router (via "PPTP"), or using a dedicated VPN-Client (Software-Client, default free one is "OpenVPN", paid services often deliver their dedicated pre-configured Clients). I'd recommend the OpenVPN-Route. You should be able to find enough info online, a random free service is e.g. https://freevpn.me/accounts/ - also check the FAQ there (that's a random free one tho, I use a paid service).

Kinda concerned about the USDJPY. One week ago, it was 124.41, now it's ~119 and has gone as low as 116 today.
