As of their live on 12/15 at 西九条BRAND NEW, クロ×ヒメ will be ending the activity pause they went on back in March of this year. As far as I can tell, this is a full revival, though I couldn't find anywhere that it was stated explicitly. Either way I'm pretty excited, nice to see another female VK band back in the scene

Tekkoshocon takes place in Downtown Pittsburgh, PA. March 21-25, 2012 I'm definitely going to be attending this show. I'm so excited. Got to see Suicide Ali and Luzmelt at this convention last year.

Kouki was hospitalized for throat surgery. Having released their new single ROMAN REVOLUTION and made their major debut on 7/27, visual kei band D=OUT’s vocalist, Kouki, has now been hospitalized. The urgent need for throat surgery had become apparent. The release of D=OUT’s first photobook on 10/21, their V ROCK FESTIVAL performance on 11/23, their year-end live at Shibuya AX, and their 12/31 Countdown live will still take place. The band hopes to console their fans with this information. While in the hospital, Kouki said, “I’m going to get D=OUT deficiency after a little while! Asai Kenichi's amazing rock band SHERBETS will be disbanding this summer, after a small tour. On the positive side, they will release one last album titled FREE in July. I'm really sad. Eventhough they weren't always active, SHERBETS was always there from time to time as Kenichi's band, touring, releasing great music. And now they permanently break up, no more going back to SHERBETS it seems. I will miss them, but I'm also glad that they blessed us with such great records as Vietnam 1964 or Miracle. Also looking forward to the last album. I guess most people on here don't know them (since they're not visual kei XD) but I thought I'd share this piece of info. edit: looks like the band changed their mind: no disbandment, yay! xD

For those of you who don't know about cune, they were made up of members from older VK bands.
