Guitarist Shin and drummer Keita will leave Starku. Shin, who has been absent from lives since August for medical reasons if I recall, will not be able to return. Keita's last live will be September 26th. He is leaving due to family reasons. From October 2nd they will have a support drummer. source

Band 黒鏡の教会 (Church of Black Mirror) resumed activities in 2016. They just released a digital single "Lobelia -綺麗な嘘と穢れた真実-" (Kireina uso to kegareta shinjitsu). They remind me of old Lycaon, with the metalish sound mixed with rock and the vocals. As a twist they also do old school visual kei music or mix it in. They are currently my #2 band. Their drummer and guitarist left so thats why their is only 3 in the pic. Also eve (ex. Lycaon) is working with them currently.
