This looks like a weird modern rock side project some old VK dudes put together for fun with some random hired guns, tbh, so I can't imagine it would do very well. I think the only real draw here would be CIPHER? I know two REIGN songs, but I'm not really familiar with any of these guys otherwise. The cover art matched the title oddly well though.
